Amy, We has a very successful response to our survey and will be asking more questions in the near future. I’ll add your locations to our list. How far would you drive in the West Valley to eat at a RFD? -Ann

Just wondering where on the website there is anything about this – or if you are still taking suggestions on “locations” for new REAL FOOD DAILY restaurants – well, CALABASAS or AGOURA would be a great place, the people are into healthy food, there is little or no competition and I would be a daily customer! What’s the status of any new restaurants opening? What would it take to get one in the Calabasas area? Thanks! -Amy

Nick, Try adding a little paprika to get that yellow orange cheesy color you are looking for. So, glad you are cooking at home! -Ann

I made this last night, finally following the recipe to the letter. (The last time out we screwed up a couple of steps and didn’t have all the ingredients.) It tasted amazing! The only thing I’m wondering is if there’s a way to get the color to be a little more cheese-like. Ours came out kind of a harsh medium-brown, which looked a little strange when used for mac & cheese. (Of course the flavor is the most important thing, but it would be great to make it look a little more authentic.) -Nick
